AI and Third-Party Providers

Your use of those providers is also subject to their terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenClaw and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Total liability for claims related to the service is limited to amounts you paid for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim, where applicable.
